What this criterion checks
Evaluates whether users can move between sections of the application without getting lost or confused. Assesses the main menu, sidebars, tabs, and icons for intuitive placement and behavior, whether navigation options are always visible, and whether it is easy for the average user to navigate through the main sections of the application.
How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates cross-section navigation and checks whether users can go back to previous pages, whether the browser Back button works correctly, whether overlays and lightboxes handle back navigation properly, and whether the in-app back button behaves as expected. It also checks whether the homepage link is in a standard location, whether page components are placed consistently, whether menus show available options, and whether close and exit links are positioned where users expect them.
