What this criterion checks
Evaluates whether the information architecture and structure of content is logical and clear. Assesses whether menus, buttons, and titles are understandable by the average user, whether steps to complete each task are clear and intuitive, whether content is grouped logically on each page, and whether search functionality is simple and intuitive. Also identifies improvements that can be made with content grouping and checks whether items users need to complete their tasks are easily accessible.
How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates the information architecture and checks whether page components are placed consistently across page types, whether information is presented in a natural and logical order, and whether notifications or content appear out of context in the user flow. It also checks whether high-value information is obscured by low-value content, whether help topics are grouped into relevant categories, and whether interface functions and information are visible and accessible.
