Evaluates whether the user flow is simple and intuitive for performing key tasks. Assesses whether primary actions are clear, whether navigation behaves predictably, and whether labels, icons, and calls to action are self-explanatory. Identifies unnecessary actions required by the system during each flow and any interruptions that occur during task completion, determining whether they are necessary or redundant.
How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates end-to-end task flows and checks whether functionality is structured too prescriptively, whether help content is focused on the user's actual task, whether users can exit unwanted states or flows, and whether users can easily go back to previous pages. It also checks whether page components and form fields are placed consistently, whether guidance is provided to keep users on the right path, whether information is presented in a natural and logical order, and whether interface functions are visible and accessible.
