How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates interactive elements and checks whether they align with users' mental models from the real world, whether interactive controls resemble familiar digital or physical objects, whether icons include labels that make their meaning clear, and whether interface elements like buttons and navigation are intuitive and recognizable. It also checks whether visual cues create ambiguity, whether common UI components follow established conventions, whether available commands are visible in the interface, and whether menu systems show available options.
