Evaluates whether headings and subheadings throughout the application clearly and accurately describe the content within their sections. Assesses whether subheadings convey the intended meaning, whether headings accurately encompass the content beneath them, and whether the heading hierarchy is structured correctly.
How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates each page's heading structure and checks whether labels and navigation provide enough information scent for users to understand where they lead, whether system-oriented terms are used instead of user-friendly language, and whether technical jargon appears without explanation. It also checks whether different words are used for the same concept across the interface, whether help content is written accessibly, and whether icons are accompanied by labels that make their meaning clear.
