Assesses whether feedback appears promptly when users click buttons, lists, and icons; whether form errors are displayed immediately; whether success states are shown right after input submissions; whether filter selections and navigation produce immediate visual feedback; and whether all user actions receive a system response.
How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates system feedback and checks whether feedback is provided when users interact with the system, whether feedback for actions arrives within a reasonable time, and whether immediate feedback is provided for interactive events such as clicks and selections. It also checks whether buttons provide visual feedback when clicked, whether progress indicators appear for longer processes, whether confirmations are shown after user selections, and whether feedback prevents users from repeating the same action multiple times.
