Assesses consistent spacing between sections, elements, and text blocks; accurate alignment of text, buttons, and components; logical grouping of related items; whether foreground and background choices improve readability; whether headings are logically structured; and whether the overall layout is consistent across all sections.
How it's assessed
The agent navigates through the application following realistic user journeys, capturing screenshots at each step. Using AI-powered vision analysis, it evaluates page layouts and checks whether visual design principles such as scale, hierarchy, balance, contrast, and Gestalt grouping are applied effectively, whether excessive font or color variation reduces clarity, and whether whitespace is used with purpose and function. It also assesses whether decorative elements reduce the signal-to-noise ratio, whether images receive consistent visual treatments, whether page components are placed consistently across different page types, and whether content sections support scanning with clear visual hierarchy.
